Beta Version Disclaimer
1. Beta Software Status
Daily Knowledge Tracker (DKT) is currently in its Beta Phase. This means the platform is still evolving, and we are actively refining our features, UI/UX, and AI models. Users may encounter minor bugs or periodic maintenance as we scale to support more students.
2. AI-Generated Content
All practice papers, questions, and explanations are generated using advanced Large Language Models (LLMs). While we use high-quality curriculum-aligned prompts, AI can occasionally produce inaccuracies or "hallucinations."
"Parents and students are advised to verify mathematical solutions. DKT is a tool for practice and guidance, not a definitive replacement for official curriculum textbooks or certified teaching."
3. Trial, Approval & Paid Plans
New parent accounts receive a 14-day free trial (1 student · 1 paper per student/day) when trial entitlements apply. While free trial signup is enabled, new parent accounts are held for administrator approval before hub access (auto-approve is forcibly off for new signups). Early-access / trial marketing banners can be turned off by administrators separately from trial entitlements. After trial, generation requires an active Paid Parent subscription via Stripe Checkout on /phub/pricing, or an administrator grant. Institutional seats are managed by administrators (not on the public parent site).
4. Generate & Auto-Email
Generate & Auto-Email is the primary fire-and-forget workflow: parents configure a paper once, queue it, and DKT generates the PDF, emails the student, and sends a guardian confirmation. Waiting on-screen for interactive generation remains available as a secondary path.
5. Feedback & Support
Your feedback is critical. If you find a question that is incorrect or a feature that isn't working as expected, please contact us immediately at laxiustech@gmail.com.
